The Global Bartender has advanced skills in all areas:
- mixing traditional cocktails and vintage cocktails;
- preparing molecular cocktails;
- knowledge of raw materials used in mixology, such as spirits, liqueurs, vermouth, and bitters;
- calculating beverage drink costs and creating cocktail menus;
- developing new cocktail recipes;
- cocktail garnish and modern decoration;
- traditional and advanced coffee-making at a professional and decorative level (also known as Latte Art).
This professional program includes 9 training modules, and for each one you will receive a Certificate validating your skills, in addition to the final Global Bartender Certificate — for a total of 10 Certificates.
As a Global Bartender, there’s nothing you won’t be able to do (with excellence) behind the bar — at any time of day, in any type of venue, from nightclubs to top-tier cocktail bars in Italy or anywhere in the world.
You’ll develop extensive knowledge of spirits and liqueurs — around 1,000 labels from all over the globe — both from a technical and sensory perspective. You’ll be able to create any type of cocktail or beverage, balance pairings between spirits/liqueurs/cocktails and food, and have all the tools to invent your own recipes.
Thanks to this comprehensive training, once you become a Global Bartender you’ll be able to demonstrate your skills in a wide variety of professional contexts, while also having the right foundations to aim for managerial positions in the hospitality and beverage service industry.

CERTIFIED BARTENDER COURSE “GLOBAL BARTENDER”
The full program makes the Global Bartender pathway the best bartender course you can attend. However, this program is not necessarily the right fit for everyone — it all depends on your goals and ambitions.
Depending on how you and your assigned Academy Tutor decide to structure your study path, the training includes the following professional courses:

The start dates of each Global Bartender module are listed in our online course calendar. However, upon enrollment you’ll receive your personalized study plan, tailored to follow every single lesson agreed upon with your Tutor.
UP TO 12 MONTHS
To help you fully absorb both the practical and theoretical program, you’ll have up to 12 months during which you can repeat the course from the beginning, practice the techniques learned in class, take part in work simulations, and enhance your foundational training with all the live Masters and additional online lessons included in the Academic Year, the exclusive formula offered by MIXOLOGY Academy to all students enrolled in the Global Bartender program.
